What is your return policy for pickleball paddles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused paddles in their original packaging. Please note that once the plastic wrap is removed from the handle, the item is no longer eligible for a full refund.
Do Six Zero paddles come with a warranty?
Yes, all our paddles come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, graphics fading, or damage caused by misuse.
Are Six Zero paddles USA Pickleball (USAP) approved?
Yes, our performance paddles are tested and approved by USA Pickleball for sanctioned tournament play. You can verify this by checking the USAP official approved paddle list.
How should I clean and maintain my carbon fiber paddle?
To maintain the grit and surface tension, we recommend using a specialized paddle eraser or a damp lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or leaving your paddle in extreme heat, such as inside a hot car.
